Role Overview

This role supports the end-to-end sales execution of highly standardized, productized Agentic AI solutions for mid-market clients with revenues ranging from $500M to $7B. The focus is on assisting with needs assessment, clear solution positioning, and efficient deal execution for predefined offerings that deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role supports sales activities from initial discovery through deal closure across new and existing mid-market accounts, including straightforward offerings requiring little to no custom solutioning, such as packaged solutions or additional licenses. As part of the client-facing sales team, the role participates in discovery conversations, helps address client questions and concerns, and supports informed decision-making.

The role works closely with Mid-Market Account Success Management and senior sales leads to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery, supporting seamless client onboarding, adoption, and early value realization.

Role Overview

This role supports mid-market sales execution for standardized, productized Agentic AI solutions, serving clients with revenues between $500M and $7B. The focus is on executing early-stage sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of new-logo opportunities, while supporting the structured progression of qualified deals through a repeatable sales process.

The role engages mid-market clients across industries to research accounts, support discovery conversations, and assess alignment with predefined offerings. Working under the guidance of senior sales leads and in partnership with Mid-Market Account Success Management, the role contributes to effective handoff, onboarding readiness, and early value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute early-stage mid-market sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of new-logo opportunities.


  • Research and identify prospective mid-market accounts using defined criteria and multiple outreach channels, including email, cold outreach, social platforms, and industry events.


  • Support initial engagement with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and solution fit.


  • Build and maintain an organized pipeline of qualified leads; support transition of sales-ready opportunities to the Mid-Market Account team with documented insights and context.


  • Participate in discovery meetings and needs assessments to capture client requirements and buying signals.


  • Support positioning of standardized Agentic AI offerings aligned to client needs, budgets, and buying patterns.


  • Assist in articulating value propositions, ROI considerations, and success metrics tied to predefined solutions.


  • Support proposal development, demos, pilots, and proofs of value in collaboration with sales, solution, and engineering teams.


  • Assist with deal execution activities, including pricing coordination, contract readiness, and alignment with Legal and Finance.


  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely pipeline updates to sales leadership.


  • Support post-close handoff activities to enable onboarding, adoption, and early customer success.


Travel may be required for this role. Travel can vary between 0-100% depending on client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales support, pre-sales, consulting, or client-facing analytical roles including previous experience supporting structured, repeatable sales motions for technology platforms or solutions.


  • Minimum 2+years experience collaborating with cross-functional sales, delivery, and technical teams.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or AI concepts at a business level.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)


Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Exposure to AI, data, automation, SaaS, or platform-based solutions.


  • Familiarity with subscription-based or consumption-based commercial models.


  • Experience supporting mid-market or growth-stage customers.


  • Comfort learning evolving offerings and processes through hands-on execution.
