Marathon TS has an immediate need for a Dashboard Operations Analyst to join our team in Reston, VA. The Dashboard Operations Analyst will assist with on-going operation and maintenance of dashboard monitoring. This involves representing data from hardware and software asset management, vulnerability management, configuration management, and privileged accounts. You will be responsible for:
• Support the on-going operation and maintenance of a dashboard monitoring environment. The dashboard involves representing data gathered from hardware and software asset management, vulnerability management, configuration management, and privileged account and IDAM security solutions across multiple federal government agencies.
• Interpret, communicate, and test data flow and data presentation requirements in support of dashboard master records
• Monitor, configure and maintain automated and manual tool data interfaces, including export/import, published APIs, and third party connectors.
• Participate in technical discussions to elicit and communicate technical resource requirements.
• Plan, perform and verify the implementation of updates, patches, and routine maintenance to the dashboard instance(s).
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the presentation and reporting of data within and to the dashboard, including issues related to performance, capacity, interoperability, scalability, and manageability
• Prioritize and perform advanced troubleshooting activities, including rapid installation and configuration of test systems.
• Identify, initiate, implement, review, and recommend changes for standard operating procedures to support continuous improvement.
• Review and edit various operational documents (e.g., SOPs, engineering baselines) for operational and lab systems.
• Participate in periodic reviews with Service Engineering and Service Transition teams.
• Develop and document root cause analyses in their area of responsibility as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members in other functional areas (Engineering, Q/A & Test) and Agency representatives to achieve program outcomes

REQUIRED
• Three to five years of experience in systems integration, operations support, or implementation activities.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain customized COTs solutions in unique customer environment.
• Proficiency with MS Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Excel
• Experience integrating or configuring data management and enterprise reporting platforms in a Governance, Risk management and Compliance (GRC) solution environment for critical infrastructure. Experience with other dashboard environments or executive information systems may be acceptable.
• Hands-on Active Directory/LDAP and/or IIS/Apache administration experience
• Functional understanding of TCP/IP networks and firewalls
• Experience creating and implementing structured queries in SQL for incorporation into enterprise reporting or dashboard
• Expertise in data modeling, as well as configuring and analyzing data relationships in both structured (RDBMS) and unstructured environments
• Familiarity with operating under an AGILE methodology
• Hands-on experience with server-side scripting languages for task automation or data integration

PREFERRED
• Experience in risk/vulnerability management, incident response, and Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A).
• Basic UNIX/Linux/RHEL system administration experience is helpful, but not essential
• Experience in commercial cloud and government cloud environments (Amazon, Azure, Google, etc.)
• Preferred certifications include: RSA Archer® Certified Professional, Splunk Certified Architect, Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) (JBoss)
• dditional preferred intermediate IT credentials may include: MCSE, MCSD, RHCE, LFCE, ITIL Practitioner
• GRC certifications: RSA Archer® Certified Associate; Symantec Certified Specialist in CCS; or verified attendance at equivalent courses (e.g., MetricStream, Modulo, SAI Global)
