Full Job Description
Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL) for Pall's Aerospace Business Unit will have full leadership responsibility for all DBS activities owned by the BU GM. In this role, you will be the active driver of P&L support to the General Manager, inclusive of sales and marketing performance, innovation, growth, complexity reduction and operational performance. You will be measured on the metrics of the business and the business' continuous improvement culture and maturity. You will engage with the relevant Business and Functional leaders to identify and continuously improve business processes where performance improvements are required; drive a DBS mindset and ensure an appropriate foundation of DBS skills in the organization; and provide coaching and training to senior leaders and associates as they enable process improvements and sustain their results using DBS tools, analytics, and improved performance reporting. This position reports to the Vice President, DBS, and is part of the Global DBS organization, located in New Port Richey, FL, though we may consider a remote arrangement based on business needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Serve as the DBS leader and strategic partner for the Aerospace BU, focusing on Commercial and R&D, driving the Critical Few business priorities.
  • Build DBS capability across the organization by developing and coaching leaders, driving DBS maturity at all levels, and identifying talent.
  • Design and deploy DBS mechanisms, including Daily Management, Obeya, Funnel Management, performance dashboards, and execution cadences that accelerate business results.
  • Lead the governance, prioritization, and execution of Kaizen activities while coaching teams in structured problem-solving to deliver measurable commercial and R&D improvements; support similar activities in operations as needed.
  • Drive alignment with enterprise DBS initiatives and support the successful integration and deployment of DBS across new acquisitions and growth opportunities.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prefer 7+ years of leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or similarly complex global business environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and deploying DBS, Lean, or a comparable business operating system across multiple functions or geographies.
  • Experience designing and implementing operating mechanisms, performance management systems, and continuous improvement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel capabilities, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
  • Global Sales or Marketing leadership experience.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within commercial organizations.
  • Cross-functional experience in Operations, R&D, Product Management, or other business functions

The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
