Full Job Description
Scale Sales Teams is hiring a full-time sales professional for its Dallas, TX team. This is a fully remote Sales role for someone who enjoys talking with business owners, understanding what they need, and helping qualified prospects determine the right next step.

The position is centered on sales conversations and pipeline execution. You will work inside an established client-acquisition system rather than being expected to create every part of the sales process yourself.

The Opportunity

Prospecting infrastructure, appointment systems, sales processes, and AI-supported client-acquisition tools are already part of the operating environment at Scale Sales Teams.

Your role is to take those opportunities and handle the human side of the sales process well.

That means understanding the person on the other side of the conversation, learning what they are trying to accomplish, identifying the problems they are facing, determining whether there is a real fit, and communicating an appropriate solution clearly.

What Your Work Will Include
  • Speaking with prospective clients through Zoom and phone
  • Learning about their goals, current situation, and business challenges
  • Determining whether an opportunity is qualified
  • Helping qualified prospects understand relevant services
  • Answering questions and working through concerns
  • Keeping opportunities moving through appropriate follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline information
  • Managing communication with prospects consistently
  • Following established sales processes and frameworks
  • Using coaching and feedback to continue improving
  • Taking ownership of your individual sales activity and execution

How the Sales Environment Works

Scale Sales Teams has an established framework around the salesperson.

Lead-generation systems, appointment infrastructure, sales processes, AI-assisted prospecting methods, and ongoing support are already in place. Pre-scheduled qualified appointments are also part of the sales environment.

This allows the salesperson to focus more attention on discovery, qualification, communication, follow-up, and advancing legitimate opportunities.

The goal is not to pressure every prospect into becoming a customer. The goal is to understand the situation, determine whether the services are genuinely appropriate, and handle the sales conversation professionally.

Backgrounds That Can Translate Well

People with experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, closing, or other client-facing roles may be a fit.

You should be comfortable speaking directly with prospective clients and asking useful questions rather than relying entirely on a script.

Strong communication and reliable follow-through matter in this position. So do accountability, coachability, organization, consistency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Previous remote sales experience can be useful, but candidates are considered based on more than one specific type of background.

Applicants may be located in the United States or internationally.

If you like learning about businesses, talking through problems with prospective clients, and working within a structured remote sales environment, apply to be considered for the Dallas team at Scale Sales Teams.
