Job Summary
The D365 Sales / Power Platform Architect will lead the architecture and technical design for a Japan market rollout for a large financial services organization. The role will own end-to-end architecture across Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, while bridging US-based project teams with Japan-based stakeholders. The architect will lead workshops and stakeholder discussions in Japanese and support compliance, regulatory, integration, and global architecture requirements for the Japan rollout.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform solutions.
• Design and support solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Lead technical design and architecture activities for the Japan market rollout.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions with Japan-based business and technical teams.
• Bridge US-based project teams and Japan-based stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Address Japan-specific compliance and regulatory considerations within the solution architecture.
• Design and oversee integrations with core enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions align with global enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and architecture stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Sales / Power Platform architecture experience.
• Strong enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation experience.
• Business-fluent Japanese language proficiency is required.
• Business-fluent English language proficiency.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience leading technical design and architecture for enterprise implementations.
• Experience working with international or regional technology rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder-management, workshop facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience supporting Japan market implementations or other international/regional rollouts.
• Experience with Japan-specific compliance and regulatory considerations.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with core enterprise systems.
• PL-600 or equivalent Microsoft certification.
