About the Role:

As a CBRE Senior Product Manager you will own and evolve a complex, high-impact platform used by business professionals across the enterprise. You will shape strategy, translate business needs into a coherent roadmap, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from practitioner to executive level. You will work at the intersection of sophisticated user needs, data-intensive workflows, and an AI-first product direction, partnering with engineering, UX, and business leaders to drive outcomes that matter, bringing strategic clarity and hands-on rigor to thrive in fast-moving environments and hold yourself accountable to measurable impact.

This job is part of the Product Management job function. They are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of products and product extensions during all life cycle stages.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the product roadmap, grounding it in business strategy, user research, and data, and communicate it with conviction to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Define and prioritize enhancements based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility, lead trade-off discussions with clarity.
  • Identify emerging AI and data-driven use cases and translate them into structured product opportunities with accelerated time-to-market.
  • Establish and track KPIs for every product initiative; use performance data to drive decisions and demonstrate uplift.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, operations teams, and end users, acting as the connective tissue between their needs and the product.
  • Facilitate prioritization and roadmap alignment conversations across disciplines and geographies, ensuring customer outcomes remain central.
  • Run workshops, discovery sessions, and demos that build organizational buy-in and surface the right problems early.
  • Provide regular, structured updates to senior stakeholders; operate with direct executive visibility.
  • Act as Product Owner with local and offshore agile (Scrum) teams; write user stories, maintain the backlog, and deliver measurable incremental value.
  • Set sprint goals that are outcome-oriented and traceable to roadmap objectives.
  • Partner with UX, Engineering, and Business SMEs across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through release and iteration.
  • Apply a learning agenda mindset: define hypotheses, measure results, and iterate based on evidence.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
  • Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
  • Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a digital or platform environment, with a proven ability to own and evolve a product roadmap tied to business strategy. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • A CEO-like Mindset, balancing short-term delivery with long-term positioning and a strong Platform Instinct to manage competing priorities and make principled trade-offs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leadership, acting as a Strategic Translator to connect roadmap decisions to business strategy.
  • A data-driven approach to prioritization, performance tracking, and decision-making, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Solid grounding in Agile (Scrum) and Lean methodologies, with hands-on experience as a Product Owner.
  • A strong combination of technical and business background, capable of translating user needs into engineering-ready stories and vice versa.
  • Experience engaging directly with end users through research, testing, and discovery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear, structured, and concise.
  • A self-motivated and intellectually curious nature, able to find simple, elegant solutions to complex problems with the user at the heart.
  • The ability to build effective relationships across business levels, make effective decisions under ambiguity, and manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
  • An AI-First Orientation, approaching product opportunities as a genuine accelerant to user value, with exposure to AI/ML product development being a plus.
  • A demonstrable passion for the discipline of Product Management.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the D&T Senior Product Manager position is $130,000 per year and the maximum salary for the position is $180,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
