About the Role:As a CBRE Cybersecurity Sr. Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, designing, developing, and deployment of complex Lifecycle Management Solutions.
This job is part of the Cybersecurity job function. They are responsible for identifying security risks and developing procedures to prevent future incidents.
What You'll Do:- Support and troubleshoot systems and Federation technologies including Okta, Ping & Azure
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions that support identity and access management for our clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues and incidents.
- Integrate Okta, Ping & Azure with various applications, directories, and identity sources.
- Configure and customize Okta, Ping & Azure to meet specific business requirements.
- Work closely with application owners and teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Enhance security by implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA), SSO, and adaptive authentication.
- Monitor and audit Okta, Ping & Azure for security compliance and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Okta, Ping & Azure solutions.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
- Act as an escalation point for Okta, Ping & Azure related incidents and support requests.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Okta and Azure platforms.
- Guide root cause analysis, debugging, support, and post-mortem analysis for any service interruptions.
- Optimizes and fine-tune performance as appropriate.
- Leverage various tools and custom scripts to monitor the operational status of IAM environment.
- Provide ongoing feedback and thought leadership to operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to optimize IAM environment and provide suggestions on improvements.
- Manage and monitor quality of services delivered by internal and external partners.
- Direct operations team in proactively monitoring and management of IAM infrastructure.
- Provide guidance to IT partners on configuration, debugging, and deployment of tools requiring IAM integration.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
