A Snapshot of Your Day You work closely with the Head of GCO Quality Management, the Operational Quality and Risk Management team, and project, engineering, and bid management colleagues. Your day combines focused work on cybersecurity requirements with collaborative discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal experts. You review regulations, translate them into practical project requirements, and support their implementation across international customer projects. Through workshops, coaching, and structured exchanges, you help teams strengthen risk awareness, quality thinking, and customer focus while ensuring secure and compliant project execution.
How You'll Make an Impact - Responsibility as the dedicated cybersecurity contact within customer projects and coordination of all cybersecurity-related project activities
- Assurance of compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations, laws, standards, and internal processes such as ISA/IEC 62443
- Guidance and monitoring of project security activities to achieve defined cybersecurity targets and requirements
- Coordination, evaluation, and cascading cybersecurity requirements with internal experts, suppliers, and partners
- Development and maintenance of a holistic cybersecurity concept and complete project-specific cybersecurity documentation
- Strengthening of customer-focused quality management, including nonconformance management and collaboration with customers and stakeholders
What You Bring- Completed apprenticeship or bachelor's/master's degree in software, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering with solid industrial cybersecurity understanding
- Several years' experience in cybersecurity activities within project execution, including security classification, requirements management, risk analysis, and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of Siemens Energy governance frameworks for industrial cybersecurity
- Experience in international project environments and openness to working across cultures
- Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders
- High motivation, structured and analytical working style, openness to change, solution orientation
