Position Summary

Cybersecurity today is about more than just locking doors-it is about enabling safe, secure, and seamless operations in a digital world. At Jet Aviation, the Cybersecurity Manager is a visible and influential leader who helps our people, systems, and customers stay protected. You'll guide our Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations teams, ensure risks are identified and managed, and keep our organization aligned with the latest standards and regulations.

This role offers the best of both worlds: the ability to dive into day-to-day security operations when needed, while also shaping strategy, mentoring a talented team, and influencing decision-making across IT and business functions. You will be the person who brings clarity and confidence in the face of complexity-leading incident response efforts, managing vendor risk, and helping translate technical topics into actionable insights for leaders.

It is a highly collaborative environment where your input is valued, and your expertise is trusted. If you are motivated by solving real problems, building strong partnerships, and strengthening defenses in a fast-evolving landscape, this is an opportunity to take your cybersecurity career to the next level.

This is a highly collaborative group that thrives on working together to solve complex problems. We are looking for a manager who can bring structure, mentorship, and strategic oversight-someone who can roll up their sleeves when needed, but also keep an eye on the bigger picture. If you want to make a tangible impact on the resilience of a global aviation leader, this is the role.

This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least four times weekly from the office. Our ideal candidate will work from our corporate office in West Palm Beach, FL. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $130,000 - $155,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 15% of annual salary.

Your Profile

  • You bring a strong foundation in cybersecurity and risk management, coupled with a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead others. Specifically, you will offer:
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Security, Technology, or related field-or equivalent experience in IT risk and security.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT risk assessment and cybersecurity.
  • A working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOX, or CMMC.
  • Familiarity with core IT processes like change control, authentication, cloud security, and disaster recovery.
  • Solid communication and documentation skills-you can translate complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • A results-driven approach, with strong organization and accountability that reflect Jet Aviation's values.

(And if you have worked with automation tools, PowerShell, or project management, that's a plus.)

Your Profile

In this role, you will be trusted to:
  • Lead and mentor the Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Drive our risk management program, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.

  • Manage vendor and third-party risk, including assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the point person for incident response, coordinating across stakeholders to quickly resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate progress and challenges clearly.
  • Partner with IT, business leaders, and the CISO to operationalize cybersecurity strategies across the organization.
