Description

Who you are:

You are energized by the opportunity to modernize enterprise security, retire legacy technologies, and build forward-looking security and identity solutions that make a lasting impact.

You enjoy leading high-performing technical teams while partnering across business and technology functions to make security an enabler rather than a barrier.

You thrive in environments where you can influence strategy, shape technology decisions, and deliver secure experiences that people actually appreciate.

You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Staying ahead of identity-related risks through proactive access reviews and fast remediation of vulnerabilities and compliance findings.
• Pushing continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and adoption of industry best practices.
• Evaluating emerging technologies, managing vendor relationships, and jointly owning the security tooling budget with the CISO to keep the program ahead of the threat curve.
• Building, coaching, and growing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or security engineering, including leading teams through significant change.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity/Information Technology.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CCZT, CRISC, or CGEIT.
• Experience working in large, global enterprise environments with complex identity and security requirements.
• Expertise in modern identity governance and administration practices.
• Experience implementing and optimizing Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, and privileged access management solutions.
• Experience evaluating emerging security technologies and managing strategic vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated success driving security transformation initiatives through automation and process optimization.
