This role is HYBRID 3 days a week on-site at any UL Office in the US or if not near a local UL office it is approved as REMOTE.

The Global Cybersecurity IAM Analyst will assist in the implementation and management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets. Working closely with business, IT, and application teams, the IAM Analyst will support key IAM processes and technologies to ensure that only authorized individuals have appropriate access to critical resources. This position reports to the Global Cybersecurity IAM Director.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in administering identity solutions, IAM applications, and tools such as Active Directory, Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration, and other identity applications.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead application onboarding workstreams to onboard access management processes for target applications as part of the Identity Governance and Administration program.
  • Participate in audits, access management process reviews, and assist in identifying control deficiencies, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Assist with the development and tracking of IAM metrics, KPIs, and reports to help measure progress and communicate performance to management.
  • Support IAM tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or improvements based on organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with the IAM team to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions.
  • Assist in the administration of user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the IAM system.
  • Help resolve day-to-day IAM operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely problem resolution.
  • Support the seamless integration of IAM solutions into the overall infrastructure.
  • Participate in IAM-related projects, contributing to tasks such as resource coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Keep updated with IAM trends, tools, and technologies to improve the organization's security posture.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $98,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
