CALIBRE is seeking approximately three Cybersecurity Engineers to support the DLA Cybersecurity Web/Application Vulnerability Management program. The selected candidates will perform project activities involving specialized cybersecurity challenges and provide security engineering support throughout the information system lifecycle.

This position will apply electronic processes, engineering methodologies, and analytical approaches to address system and technology issues related to cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Perform project activities addressing specialized cybersecurity problems.
  • Apply cybersecurity engineering processes and methodologies to resolve system and technology challenges.
  • Analyze information security requirements.
  • Evaluate cybersecurity requirements as they relate to information systems, applications, and supporting technologies.
  • Apply analytical and systematic approaches to resolve workflow, organizational, and planning challenges.
  • Provide security engineering support for the planning and design of information systems.
  • Support the development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems.
  • Assist with integrating cybersecurity requirements into system and application activities.
  • Document technical findings and cybersecurity recommendations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, program stakeholders, and government customers.


Required Skills

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity engineering principles, processes, and methodologies.

  • DoD-approved 8570/8140 IAT Level III certification.
  • DoD-approved 8570/8140 IASAE Level III certification. Candidates who meet all other requirements must obtain the IASAE Level III certification within six months of joining the contract.
  • An approved Computing Environment certification, including one of the following:
    • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate
    • Microsoft Azure Security Technologies certification
    • Amazon/AWS Certified Security certification
    • Another Computing Environment certification designated by the Contracting Officer's Representative
  • Moderate Risk, Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive Tier 3, NACLC, or ANACI investigation at the time of proposal submission.


Required Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant information technology experience.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant Operational Technology experience.
  • Experience analyzing information security requirements.
  • Experience providing cybersecurity or information system security engineering support.
  • Experience supporting the planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, or integration of information systems.
  • Experience resolving Experience cybersecurity-related system, technology, workflow, organizational, or planning challenges.
