Your role and responsibilities
As a Security Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, you help organizations understand and manage the entire identity lifecycle within their enterprise.
You utilize commercially available IAM tools to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design Identity Management Systems: Create a secure and streamlined identity management system for the organization using IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity/Okta/Sailpoint/MS Entra.
• Develop Automation Scripts: Develop scripts to automate the provisioning and migration of identities across Cloud, OT, IOT, and enterprise IT, utilizing directory services like TDI and AD, and protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
• Implement Single Sign-On Solutions: Provide Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using commercially available IAM tools to manage user identities effectively.
• Manage Identity Lifecycles: Help organizations understand and manage the entire identity lifecycle within their enterprise, ensuring secure and efficient identity management.
• Optimize Identity Management: Utilize hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, and scripting to optimize identity management systems and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Required education

Required technical and professional expertise
• Identity Management Tools Expertise: Experience with commercially available IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity/Okta/Sailpoint/MS Entra, to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively.
• Directory Services Proficiency: Experience with directory services like TDI and AD, including hands-on experience with protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
• Scripting and Automation: Experience in developing scripts to automate the provisioning and migration of identities across Cloud, OT, IOT, and enterprise IT.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Experience in managing the entire identity lifecycle within an enterprise, ensuring secure and efficient identity management.
• Identity Management System Design: Experience in designing secure and streamlined identity management systems using IAM tools.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Advanced Scripting Knowledge: Experience with scripting languages to automate identity management tasks, including developing scripts for provisioning and migration of identities across various platforms.
• Cloud Identity Expertise: Experience with cloud-based identity management solutions, such as Cloud Identity, Okta, Sailpoint, and MS Entra, to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively.
• Enterprise IT Integration: Experience integrating identity management systems with existing enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless and secure identity management.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
