Full Job Description
Strategic Ventures is currently recruiting a Cyber Strategy & Policy SME to join our team at Ft. Meade, MD. Responsibilities: Research, evaluate, and contribute to the development and coordination of cyber strategy, policy, and doctrine supporting cyberspace operations across the Department of Defense, Military Services, Combatant Commands, and national-level organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor on executive-level initiatives by providing subject matter expertise and developing strategic recommendations that shape the future of cyberspace operations. Collaborate with interagency partners and coalition stakeholders to support cyber policy development, ensuring Department of Defense and USCYBERCOM authorities, interests, and equities are effectively represented. Monitor emerging cyber policy developments, legislative changes, and strategic initiatives that may impact the Department of Defense and USCYBERCOM, providing timely analysis and recommendations to leadership. Prepare and deliver clear, well-organized written products, briefings, and executive communications for senior leaders and decision-makers. Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex policy and program challenges, conduct risk assessments, and develop practical, innovative solutions that support mission objectives.
