Cyber Solutions Architect
The Opportunity:

Lead the visioning, technical architecture, development, and implementation of strategic cybersecurity solutions using various systematic approaches, listening to multiple viewpoints, determining the course of action for addressing complex problems, architecting solutions, authoring original text, and leading consensus-building discussions with colleagues and clients in multiple settings. Work closely with government clients and industry partners to define, develop, and oversee the design and implementation of approaches and methods that successfully translate complex functional requirements into cyber solutions. Lead the development of intellectual capital related to next-generation cyber opportunities, and drive proposal efforts and client discussions that help the team grow into new and adjacent business areas.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience leading teams across a complex and wide variety of federal civilian IT environments as a solutions architect and technology subject matter expert
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, configuring, and delivering COTS software in support of enterprise security solutions
  • 5+ years of experience interfacing directly with senior government, including GS-15, CISO, CIO, and technical directors
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical integration and solution delivery for federal civilian clients
  • 2+ years of experience with IT security operations, including assessment of information assurance and interoperability
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust solutions, roadmaps, and capabilities in alignment with industry standards, including NIST 800-207, and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification such as Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification, within 30 days of start date
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certification such as CEH, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND Certification, within 30 days of start date

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
