Those without a Poly will not be considered.**Bespoke Technologies is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives that protect critical information systems while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with security requirements. In this role, you will partner with technical teams, engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate cybersecurity efforts, manage project execution, support risk and compliance activities, and drive continuous improvement across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with a strong cybersecurity background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance technical priorities with project management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:- Demonstrate experience in cyber security, InfoSec, cyber security engineering, or network engineering
- Demonstrate expertise in networking, Linux, Windows, log analysis, malware detection and mitigation, and the A&A process.
- Demonstrate experience with vulnerability scanning tools.
- Demonstrate experience analyzing and documenting test results
- Demonstrate experience assessing systems against information assurance policies and regulations.
- Demonstrate experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate experience coordinating and performing cyber security testing
- Demonstrate experience developing risk assessment and certification reports.
- Demonstrate experience leading cyber security accreditation efforts for enterprise systems.
- Demonstrate experience recommending mitigating countermeasures to identify threats, vulnerabilities, or shortfalls.
- Demonstrate experience with Linux operating system.
- Demonstrate experience writing and reviewing documents such as requirements specifications, system architecture, design documents, test plans, or cyber security plans.
- Demonstrate experience decomposing functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Demonstrate experience analyzing existing systems and identifying necessary corrective actions and improvements
- Demonstrate experience preparing program documentation such as CONOPS (Concept of Operations), SSP (System Security Plans), and preparing materials to support system accreditation.
- Identify emerging cyber threats, potential vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Use cybersecurity tools to perform log analysis, incident response, vulnerability scanning, and task automation.
- Coordinate engineering efforts, conduct technical risk assessments, deconflict implementations, and resolve technical issues.
