Full Job Description
Responsibilities
• Perform operational activities for the Identity and Access Management program, including but not limited to the performance of access certifications, the performance of reviews of access to confirm observance of Separation of Duties and the principle of least privilege, and the remediation of penetration test and audit findings.
• Promote cross-team communication and the creation and maintenance of technical and departmental process documentation.
• Facilitate the resolution of ServiceNow requests and incidents.
• Provide insight into potential modifications to role-based access as necessary.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field .
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an appropriate domain.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of the external threat landscape and adversary tactics & techniques.
• Strong knowledge of information security best practices and technology risk management disciplines and technologies such as Network Security, Cryptography, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Logging and Monitoring, Cloud Platforms, and Application Security
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and laws.
• Knowledge and understanding of diverse platforms and operating systems, including current and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of more than one discipline within Cyber/Risk areas and adjacent business acumen.
• Strong ability to align business objectives and compliance regulations to cybersecurity strategy.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, internal, and external partners.
• Strong ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources, including performance and risk metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset, focused on results with critical thinking, research and problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to implement and communicate actionable insights to streamline processes/transactions.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities on concurrent large, complex projects, initiatives, and deliverables.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong technical proficiency in the use of MS Office including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and experience using these tools to analyze data, document workpapers, and present results to management.
