Work you'll doAs a Physical Security Senior Manager on the Physical Security consulting team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading client engagements focused on physical security strategy, operating model transformation, and program alignment with business objectives, operational priorities, and enterprise risk management initiatives
- Advising clients on security operations, intelligence, investigations, emergency communications, and travel risk management across complex operating environments
- Conducting security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and threat evaluations and developing mitigation strategies and security improvement recommendations
- Guiding the design, implementation, and enhancement of physical security programs, policies, standards, procedures, and supporting technologies, including access control, video surveillance, visitor management, and integrated security systems
- Preparing and presenting executive-level updates, program metrics, risk findings, and strategic security and risk management recommendations while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners

The teamDeloitte's Cyber Defense & Resilience practice helps organizations protect people, facilities, assets, and operations alongside data and technology. Within the consulting practice, the Physical Security team helps clients address evolving threats through integrated security strategies, technologies, and managed services. The team supports clients in strengthening risk management, security operations, incident response, and layered defense capabilities so they can operate securely, respond effectively, and sustain critical business services.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in security management, risk management, emergency management, criminal justice, international relations, intelligence studies, engineering, homeland security, public administration, or infrastructure protection, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in global security, corporate security, or public sector security
- Experience leading or advising physical security programs across areas such as security operations, investigations, emergency management, and security technology
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: risk analysis, physical security technology, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) technology, video management systems (VMS), access control systems (ACS), intelligence, or communications
- Experience conducting security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, or threat evaluations
- Ability to travel up to 75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in criminal justice, security management, international relations, emergency management, business administration, or a related field
- ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO 31000 Risk Manager, ISO 22301, and/or Certified Threat Manager (CTM) certifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in global security, corporate security, or public sector security, including leadership of security operations, investigations, emergency management, physical security programs, and security systems programs
- Experience supporting security operations in a critical infrastructure, manufacturing, research, laboratory, healthcare, technology, highly regulated, consulting, military, or law enforcement environment
- Experience leading, supporting, or partnering with a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), including incident management, threat monitoring, intelligence reporting, crisis communications, and security technology integration
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
