I2X Technologies is seeking a Cyber Mission Integration and Capability Planner to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be on-siteand will require an active *TS with SCI eligibility

We are seeking a Cyber Mission Integration and Capability Planner to support the integration of Special Access Program (SAP) capabilities into USSF cyberspace warfare operations and help mature the directorate9s processes, governance, and analytical capabilities. This role serves as both a mission integrator and S9 capability builder, connecting SAP-enabled capabilities, cyber operations, organizational design, analysis, and operational learning to improve cyber support for Space Mission and Systems Deltas.

The ideal candidate has a strong cyber technical background and the ability to translate technical cyber-defense concepts into operational implications for mission planners, senior leaders, and nontechnical stakeholders. This position is not a hands-on infrastructure engineering or personnel-security administration role; instead, it focuses on operational integration, process development, capability maturation, and mission support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Integrating SAP capabilities, constraints, dependencies, and mission requirements into cyberspace warfare activities
  • Aligning SAP-enabled capabilities with cyber mission planning, exercises, training, assessments, and mission-support processes
  • Coordinating with operational, technical, acquisition, and mission-partner organizations to identify integration requirements, capability gaps, risks, and interoperability challenges
  • Developing repeatable processes, governance mechanisms, workflows, and decision-support products
  • Supporting S9 organizational design, maturity planning, force design, studies and analysis, and lessons-learned activities
  • Creating briefing materials, action plans, process documentation, and performance measures for MD 6 leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a cyber-related discipline, such as network engineering, computer science, information systems, software engineering, programming, or a related field
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to satisfy applicable Special Access Program access requirements
  • Seven years of technical experience in cyber defense or cybersecurity-related fields, such as engineering, networking, systems integration, solutions development, cyber operations, or mission support, including at least two years in a supervisory role
  • Seven years of professional technical experience; these years may overlap with the experience described above
  • Professional experience or demonstrated understanding in at least three of the following areas:
  • Containerized or virtualized environments, such as Docker, Kubernetes, VMware, or AWS; In-band and out-of-band network access points used for traffic collection and aggregation, such as Gigamon; Data-storage solutions, such as NFS, distributed storage, or Ceph; Data-analysis toolsets, such as Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, or Splunk; Agile frameworks for software or capability development; Linux operating systems, such as Red Hat or Kali; Windows operating systems; Network infrastructure and data flows; Security applications, such as Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response, Security Information and Event Management, or Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Ability to understand technical cyber-defense concepts and communicate their operational implications to mission planners, senior leaders, and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Ability to work on site in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as required by the position and mission

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting space mission systems, SAP integration, cyber operations, organizational design, force design, studies and analysis, lessons learned, and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to develop clear process documentation, governance recommendations, briefing materials, and decision-support products
  • Ability to interface with U.S. Space Force leadership, operational and acquisition communities, and government, FFRDC, and contractor partners
