Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years experience or 13+ years without a degree
• Expertise in Digital Forensics for Windows and Linux systems
• Experience in leading incident response efforts in complex environments
• Ability to handle escalated incidents in a SOC setting at Tier 2 and 3 levels
• Hands-on knowledge of Cyber Protection Team operations and vulnerability management
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (completed within the last 5 years)
• IAT Level III certification is required

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and optimize intrusion detection systems for hosts and networks
• Integrate and manage network sensors for enhanced security
• Conduct threat analysis using various sources to identify potential threats
• Design deployable network kits for seamless integration and performance
• Perform malware triage to assess and mitigate threats
• Emulate cyber threats to evaluate defensive capabilities
• Engage in threat hunting for advanced persistent threats
• Document findings and provide security recommendations to enhance network security
