Job Description Summary
The USCAN CVIS/SI Senior Finance Manager is responsible for all finance processes (WWP/LTS/Budget, forecasting, closing, reporting & analysis, and capital allocation) related to the total USCAN CVIS/SI segment, including sub-modality level analytics. Additionally, will support key Business Operating Mechanisms such as Daily Management System (DMS), pacing, MOR reviews, and business reporting mechanisms. This role reports to the USCAN AIS Finance Leader and closely partners with the USCAN CVIS/SI commercial leadership, the global CVIS/SI Leaders (Finance and Ops), USCAN FP&A team, and Operational Leadership teams to drive growth and margin expansion in USCAN CVIS/SI.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a fully loaded P&L model at total segment and sub-modality level, consistent with the existing USCAN P&L structure and consistent with what is reported to overall GEHC.
  • Partnership with USCAN FP&A as well as interlock with global CVIS/SI Segment on estimates and key drivers.
  • Partner with Product Finance, Region Finance and USCAN FP&A to drive product planning and reporting with analysis of the key drivers: volume, pricing, mix, investments, fixed and SG&A cost productivity, along with critical pacing metrics including secured and product-specific risks and opportunities for the Imaging P&L.
  • Support planning (WWPP/LTS/Budget) for the Imaging P&L and drive closing & reporting communication (quarter close, IR script, MOR reviews).
  • Ownership of cost analytics (SG&A and Fixed Production Cost) as well as headcount/tradeoffs to support capital allocation.
  • Support the USCAN CVIS/SI Leadership with P&L-specific analytics and requests including deal analysis, market insights, topline volume analytics, contribution margin (CM) and pricing analytics, and cost management.
  • Support of CVIS/SI specific activities including but not limited to: Monthly Estimates, Applications P&L reporting, and pacing. Insights including market trends, competitive intelligence and how that influences USCAN financials.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 5+ years of finance work experience (commercial finance, FP&A, etc.) or related OR OFLP graduate with 4 + years financial experience
  • Excellent Communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level) functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
  • Strong critical thinking and analytic skills
  • Organized and able to drive financial reporting

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
