McCormick Canada is currently looking for a
Customer Supply Chain Manager to join our Sales team and will be based out of our
Mississauga, ON office. The Customer Supply Chain Manager provides
supply chain support for the regional sales teams, with a focus on supply chain (internal and customer) and McCormick sales organization. This role will collaborate with customers in delivering effective and efficient service to both customers and to McCormick through the sales order to cash processes. This role will support the customer collaboration model to sell supply chain as a competitive advantage to our customers and will provide end to end supply chain support from order generation through customer fulfillment.
Responsibilities Include:- Create and maintain a development plan for assigned customer and manage its execution.
- Provide customer level forecast and detailed analytics to their information to consistently service the business.
- Monitor and influence weekly forecast, report variances and key KPI's.
- Develop detailed understanding of customer order fulfillment and logistics processes, requirements, capabilities and limitations and provide full visibility to relevant internal supply chain personnel.
- Understand customer metrics and expectations and provide visibility to their scorecards and influence decision making to consistently deliver to customer expectations.
- Penetrate the customer's organization to build effective relationships with influential leaders at customer's location and be able to work with different people from their buying and logistics organization.
- Collaborate with the customer to drive logistics optimization behaviors.
- Serve as primary supply chain interface for CPD Sales and Customer's head office location.
- Key contributor to daily customer service representing the customer and Sales and Operations Planning process at McCormick
Qualifications Required:- University degree in Business, Supply Chain focus or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 -7 years' experience in Supply Chain with direct customer interface and experience in successful collaboration with customers
- Proven analytical skills with strong focus in Microsoft Office & SAP
- Demonstrated customer collaboration experience
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with main focus on timely resolution of issues and driving improvement efforts with the customer
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates strong initiative to drive improvement efforts
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $88,440-$138,440
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in
