Associate Manager, Direct Commerce

Position Summary:

This position involves overseeing product listings, coordinating promotions, and analyzing website and social commerce performance to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate product information, coordinating with brand and logistics teams and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. This position monitors inventory levels and ensures forecast is accurate in the system. He/she monitors that content for store is up to date and leveraging the best available assets leveraging data to drive recommendations. He/she also assists in the store budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and track inventory and adjust detailed forecast to meet promotions and marketing activations while monitoring effectiveness of product assortment and make recommendations for improvement (additions/deletions)
  • Coordinate product listings, monitor content for store ensuring it is up-to-date and working with Studio and Digital Shelf to have the best product information and digital assets delivered on time. Ensure content is flowing to mapped areas on the store.
  • Serve as a liaison with commercial and brand teams to ensure merchandising reflects and augments campaigns.
  • Open PO's and track payments to key agencies and contractors while assisting in the store budget management
  • Serve as marketing manager for DTC exclusive product development and KPI's for success ensuring there is a clear initiative roadmap to test new product ideas
  • Report performance of campaigns to commercial and brand teams
  • Participate in the store strategic roadmap work sessions to add new functionalities or projects
  • Work closely with 3PL partner to maintain daily operations and guide purchasing


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years DTC eCommerce experience through an agency or CPG company, strong forecasting experience.
  • Experience working across multi-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success knowing when to have an entrepreneur approach and when to fit within the corporate ways of working
  • Continuous learning spirit
  • Strong Excel skills with advanced knowledge in building and maintain a forecast, problem-solving skills with bias for action
  • Data driven, independent and digital self-learner,
  • Team Player
  • GA4, Salsify and Shopify Certifications (preferred)
  • 2-3 years as a merchandiser of a Direct-to-consumer store with 500 to 5,000 sku's, low price points but able to understand how to build a higher Average Order Value through bundling and promotions (preferred)

Base Salary: 74,330 - 130,080

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick's Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick's Dividend Program.
