#LI-DNI#LI-CE1 Responsibilities - Customer Success & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for telecom clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
- Program & Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional teams to implement software and infrastructure projects, coordinating with telecom operators, vendors
- Telecom Technology Enablement: Be familiar with 4G/5G/6G networks, fiber optics, IoT connectivity, cloud-native solutions, cybersecurity, and other emerging telecom technologies
- Project Implementation & Delivery: Actively participate in scoping and sizing work with the client, setup necessary engineering and consulting teams, monitor and control the delivery of the work. Leverage AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity/delivery metrics and optimize customer experience
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to telecom regulations, industry standards, and best practices is a plus
- Financial acumen: Work with account executives to align the program / customer success with company's financial goals and targets
Requirements - Telecom Industry Expertise: Understanding of modern telecom technologies and disciplines (e.g., network engineering, telecom infrastructure management)
- Program & Project Management Experience: Proven track record in leading large-scale software programs with cross-functional collaboration
- Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Ability to navigate complex relationships across client teams, vendors, and industry regulators
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud-native solutions, software-defined networks, and AI-powered applications
- Strong Communication & Leadership: Ability to translate technical insights into business strategies, fostering alignment across all stakeholders
Nice to have - Prior experience in telecom consulting, telecom operations, or technology management
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile)
