The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Handles Order entry, order status, product info inquiry, complaints, pricing, shipping and inventory requests and issues
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with external customers and internal Soventum personnel by telephone and/or written correspondence
  • Worklist management including raising internal tickets to address issues/concerns with order management, shipping/tracking, product inquiries and pricing/invoicing
  • Systematic problem solving in regard to material information records and master data monitoring
  • Managing the customer order process from entry to delivery
  • Develops and leads improvements and/or solutions to work processes and tools
  • Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries. Adapts differing techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issues


Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND 2 (two) years of customer service experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR
  • HS Diploma AND 6 (six) years of customer service experience in a private, public, government or military environment


In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
  • Bilingual French & English
  • Previous/current Healthcare Customer Service Experience
  • ERP system experience required


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experienced with cross-functional project leadership preferred.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work effectively, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems.


Work location: Remote - Canada

Travel: May include up to 5% Domestic

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate's experience, skills, training, and work location, in alignment with Canadian pay equity and pay transparency requirements. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation components (e.g., incentive programs) and a comprehensive suite of benefits available to employees in Canada.
