This program management role is critical to our ability to grow. The opportunity for this individual is significant as they will learn the ins and outs of how we engage, support, and grow with our hyperscaler customers.

This role will entail :

Help Champion our program teams
Signal critical path items to MRVL leadership and ensure success.
Manage the transition from development to production
Ensure business management and production support
Through success helping MRVL win new business.

What You Can Expect

Sales Program Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end operating framework for complex sales programs, strategic accounts, and cross-functional commercial initiatives.
  • Translate sales objectives and customer commitments into structured program plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and manage operating cadences for strategic account reviews, opportunity reviews, design-win tracking, product ramps, executive updates, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive accountability across multiple functions, geographies, product groups, and levels of leadership.
  • Anticipate execution barriers and ensure that risks, dependencies, and unresolved decisions are elevated before they affect customers or financial results.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of program health, including commercial, technical, operational, supply, quality, and customer-related considerations.


Forecasting, Pipeline and Business Analytics
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve the accuracy, consistency, and transparency of bookings, revenue, pipeline, and demand forecasts.
  • Develop analytical frameworks that connect customer opportunities, design wins, product milestones, demand signals, supply availability, and revenue expectations.
  • Analyze pipeline quality, opportunity movement, forecast changes, customer concentration, product mix, conversion rates, and execution risks.
  • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and emerging risks within sales data and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Create executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packages that provide actionable insights rather than simply reporting historical results.
  • Drive disciplined opportunity management and ensure that decisions are supported by accurate, timely, and relevant data.


Strategic Account and Customer Program Execution
  • Support strategic account teams in developing and executing comprehensive account and opportunity plans.
  • Coordinate customer-related activities across Sales, Product Line Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Track major design opportunities from initial engagement through qualification, design win, production readiness, ramp, and revenue realization.
  • Ensure that customer commitments, technical milestones, commercial requirements, and internal dependencies are clearly documented and actively managed.
  • Facilitate resolution of complex cross-functional issues that may affect customer satisfaction, product adoption, or revenue.
  • Prepare leaders and account teams for customer meetings, executive business reviews, negotiations, and critical decision points.


New Product Introduction and Revenue Ramp
  • Partner with product and account teams to establish commercial readiness plans for new products and customer programs.
  • Track samples, evaluations, qualifications, design milestones, production schedules, supply requirements, and customer deployment plans.
  • Connect product-roadmap execution with opportunity timing, customer demand, and revenue expectations.
  • Identify gaps between customer requirements and internal product, supply, or operational plans.
  • Drive alignment on priorities and recovery actions when product schedules, customer timelines, or supply conditions change.
  • Help ensure that design wins transition successfully into predictable production ramps and long-term revenue.


Process Excellence and Sales Productivity
  • Evaluate existing sales processes and identify opportunities to improve speed, scalability, visibility, and accountability.
  • Design and implement standardized processes, tools, templates, governance models, and operating mechanisms.
  • Improve adoption and data integrity within CRM, forecasting, pipeline-management, and business-intelligence platforms.
  • Reduce manual reporting, duplicate work, unclear ownership, and inconsistent execution across teams.
  • Develop playbooks and best practices that enable Sales teams to manage opportunities and customer programs more effectively.
  • Lead change-management efforts associated with new processes, systems, reporting requirements, and operating models.
  • Measure program effectiveness and continuously refine processes based on business outcomes and stakeholder feedback


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience. Or Master's degree and/or PhD, in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with 2-3 years of experience.
  • 2+ years related customer/program management and or sales related work experience.
  • Program-management certification or demonstrated mastery of structured program-management methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of customer design cycles, product qualification, demand planning, supply allocation, backlog, bookings, and revenue recognition.
  • Direct experience within the semiconductor industry
  • Experience supporting hyperscale cloud, AI infrastructure
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable reporting and analytics tools.
  • Experience designing global sales processes, governance models, dashboards, and executive operating cadences.
  • Experience leading organizational change, process transformation, or sales-system implementations.


Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
98,970 - 148,300, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
