The Role
Kyndryl is hiring a Partner, Insurance to take full ownership of a strategic insurance account and scale it into a larger, higher-value business.
You will start with an existing account. You will own it end to end. And you will grow it.
This is a P&L role with clear expectations: expand revenue, increase margin, and strengthen our position with the client. You are accountable
for the full lifecycle, from executive relationship building and pipeline creation to deal closure and delivery outcomes.
You are not here to maintain the account. You are here to push it forward. You will identify whitespace, create demand, and convert it into meaningful opportunities across the insurance value chain. You know how to challenge clients, shape large deals, and close.
You will operate at the executive level, building trust with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders while bringing a strong point of view on industry
direction. You connect that perspective to tangible programs that drive growth.
You own the numbers. Pipeline, signings, revenue, margin, and retention sit with you. You run a disciplined operating cadence, align internal
teams, and bring partners in when it accelerates outcomes.
Delivery matters. You ensure what is sold lands, because sustained growth depends on execution and client confidence.
We are looking for someone with drive, energy, and a track record of winning. Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and consistently
turns opportunity into results.

Who You Are
We are looking for a proven operator who knows how to take ownership of an account and turn it into a growing, profitable business. This role
requires someone who can build executive trust, create demand, and consistently convert opportunities into results. You are comfortable
being measured on numbers, operate with discipline, and bring the drive and urgency to outperform.
• Proven track record of owning and growing large enterprise accounts, ideally in insurance or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close complex, multi-year deals with meaningful TCV
• Experience with full account P&L ownership, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and renewal retention
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence CIO, COO, and business leaders
• Track record of identifying whitespace, creating demand, and expanding scope within existing clients
• Disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution (3x+ coverage mindset)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and orchestrating delivery in complex environments
• Deep understanding of the insurance industry across platforms, operations, and transformation priorities
• High drive, accountability, and bias for action, with a consistent history of exceeding targets
