Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead and oversee a team of strategic account managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop customized logistics solutions to meet the unique needs and requirements of our customers, leveraging industry knowledge, best practices, and innovative technologies.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to identify opportunities for new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Lead the development and presentation of proposals, including solution design, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customer account leadership, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead team to manage customer relationships, ensuring alignment with expectations, contractual agreements, and service level agreements.
  • Monitor and evaluate account performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations to internal and external customers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Education and Experience:
