Customer Logistics Senior Specialist (Blue Ash, Ohio.)
Job DescriptionWork Location Requirement:This role will be based full-time (5 days per week) on-site at Kroger Headquarters in Blue Ash, Ohio. This location is intentionally designed to enable strong, real-time collaboration with Kroger partners and enhance joint supply chain execution.
In this role, you will:
• Lead vendor-managed ordering activities for Kroger Family Care products, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment aligned to demand signals and inventory targets.
• Support and enhance order forecasting processes for Family Care products, partnering cross functionally to improve forecast accuracy, service, and inventory efficiency.
• Own and advance data analytics, insights, and OVS reporting across all brands, translating data into actionable recommendations that improve in-stock performance, inventory productivity, and overall supply chain outcomes.
• Develop processes to facilitate collaboration and alignment between CLSS, K-C sales, supply-chain, and Kroger to ensure Right Time, Right Place, Right Quantity execution.
• Leverage on-site presence at Kroger Headquarters in Blue Ash, Ohio to strengthen day-to-day collaboration, visibility, and joint problem solving with Kroger partners.
• Develop processes to facilitate collaboration and alignment between CLSS, K-C sales, supply-chain, and retailer to ensure Right Time, Right Place, Right Quantity for incremental volume.
• Lead execution of the product transition process across CLSS, driving adherence across key retailers. • Support Customer Replenishment Specialists and Customer Supply Chain Consultants, to manage and execute product flow for promotional activity, product transitions, new item introductions, and strategic or seasonal demand.
• Ensure a comprehensive on-boarding program and continued education for Customer Replenishment Specialists and Customer Supply Chain Consultants, including process and tool utilization.
• Lead or support strategic end-to-end initiatives that deliver YOY improvement in service, inventory, and cost.
• Strategically organize and develop quarterly and annual plans to drive weekly and monthly prioritizations of key development activities and projects to achieve superior management of business operations.
• Create respectful environment among team members and motivate improvement of individuals and team performances to achieve desired business results.
• Maintain effectiveness of varying environments with different tasks, responsibilities, and people. Set priorities and strategically identify issues, underlying problems, and potential solutions to develop plan of action.
• Render judgments and make timely decisions in alignment with business objectives, strategies, and tactics. Promptly reconcile and communicate changes in plans and programs, conditions, requirements of marketplace, competitive activities, issues, and accomplishments that may affect results to various levels of staff. Conduct team adjustments to new changes and adjust to meet requirements of changing conditions/situations.
• Keep team leader informed on status of plans and programs, changing conditions, requirements of marketplace, issues and accomplishments that may affect business results.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years supply chain or relevant professional experience. Cross functional supply chain background.
• Strong oral and written communication, building relationships, and adaptability.
• Results and strategy oriented, prioritization and time management, change management, resources and team management, project and risk management, and analytical skill and decision making.
Preferred (not essential, but desired):
• Advanced supply chain knowledge, forecasting, LEAN/problem solving, and ethical judgment.
• Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as RSi.
• Ability to conduct strategic business and data analyses precisely and proficiently with data driven recommendations for improvements and advancements.
• Held a previous position as a Customer Replenishment Specialist or Supply Chain Development Manager.
• Ability to communicate precise innovative Supply Chain and business solutions to customers and team leaders/members.
• Ability to adapt and support the organization through times of change.
• Ability to build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout organization and with key customers.

Salary Range: 87,260 – 107,780 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
