You Are
A seasoned growth strategist with 10+ years of experience translating vision into execution and measurable value. You are passionate about solving customer problems in ways that drive lasting impact, and you thrive at the intersection of growth strategy and operational delivery. You are equally comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with client executives and leading teams to execute complex transformations. Beyond shaping strategies, you are adept at embedding within client relationships, partnering with Accenture account leads, and identifying new opportunities, both organic and inorganic, that grow Accenture Song's impact and our clients' businesses. You are also a thought leader, energized by developing provocative perspectives on the future of CMT industry and packaging them in ways that drive new conversations, opportunities, and growth.

The Work
In Customer Growth Strategy, you will:
  • Partner with CMT clients to define and deliver holistic growth strategies that span brand, business, product, marketing, commerce, and service.
  • Embed deeply with client leaders and Accenture account teams to originate new opportunities for growth, both for our clients and for Accenture Song.
  • Translate bold growth visions into executable roadmaps and operating models aligned to customer needs and business performance.
  • Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on evidence, impact potential, and scalability, and oversee execution to ensure tangible outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing oversight and coaching to deliver on high-impact growth initiatives.
  • Develop and publish thought-provoking points of view on future industry trends, growth levers, and customer behaviors, packaging insights in ways that drive market conversations and sales opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships across Accenture to bring together creativity, technology, and intelligence to deliver end-to-end growth solutions.


Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in growth strategy, customer strategy, or related consulting/advisory roles.
  • 10 years of experience originating, shaping, and closing new opportunities within client accounts.
  • 10 years of experience delivering strategies that create measurable business outcomes in the CMT industry (revenue growth, customer relevance, cost efficiency, market share gains).
  • 10 years of experience leading and overseeing teams, managing multiple workstreams, and driving client engagement at senior levels.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Strategic thinker who can communicate complex ideas in clear, compelling ways.
  • Deep CMT industry experience (telecoms, media, software & platforms) with knowledge of current and emerging trends.
  • Comfort with value realization, business case development, and financial impact tracking.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
  • MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field a plus.
  • Experience developing and commercializing thought leadership that shapes industry agendas and client demand.
  • Ability to build long-term trusted client relationships and act as an embedded partner.
  • Understanding of AI/ GenAI
  • Skilled facilitator of workshops and executive sessions, with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around bold agendas.
