The Customer Experience Center Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and execution of customer engagements at Cytiva's Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Marlborough, MA. This role plays a critical part in shaping how customers experience Cytiva's full value proposition-our end-to-end bioprocessing portfolio, technical depth, and ability to support customers across the entire bioprocessing journey. The CEC serves as a hub for customer visits, product demonstrations, and strategic engagement, and this role ensures every interaction is well-planned, professional, and impactful, reinforcing Cytiva as the bioprocessing partner of choice. This position reports to the Director of Regional Marketing, Americas, is part of the Bioprocess Regional Marketing organization, and is an onsite role.
What you will do:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer visits, supporting well-organized, professional experiences through prepared presentations, demonstrations, and onsite coordination that effectively showcase Cytiva's bioprocessing solutions and portfolio value.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Experience Center, ensuring the space is consistently ready for customer engagement, aligned with brand standards, and equipped with current, impactful displays and demonstrations.
- Coordinate scheduling, visit logistics, and administrative workflows, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Applications, and other stakeholders to execute planned customer engagements.
- Manage Marketing Demo logistics, including inventory tracking and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments supporting marketing events across North America.
- Collect customer feedback and visit metrics, sharing insights with the broader team to support continuous improvement in visit quality, center operations, and overall customer experience.
Who you are- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, marketing, or related field-or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of bioprocessing workflows, including an understanding of upstream, downstream, and analytical/QA processes, with >5 years of experience working in the industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to confidently present to customer groups, explain technical concepts at a high level, and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with proven success managing complex schedules and multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outbound and inbound shipments simultaneously without error.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:- This is a site-based role with
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:- Experience in biopharma, CDMO operations, scientific applications, product marketing, or technical sales.
- Familiarity with Cytiva's product portfolio or adjacent technologies.
- Experience coordinating logistics, managing shipments, or working with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment or materials.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000-$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
