The work:- Support the establishment of a robust customer management effort to enhance governance and leadership engagement, formalize customer engagement and operating model development/delivery and implementation.
- Work to develop an overarching customer engagement strategy, coordinate and develop materials for client outreach, establish a communication plan, and contribute to schedule, risks, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Gain a working knowledge of application assessment for cloud migration and modernization readiness in support of our clients' efforts to grow cloud adoption.
Here's what you need:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience in one or a mix of the following areas:
- Change Management
- Workforce Transformation
- Agile Change
- Change Analytics
- Design Thinking
- Include 2-3 years of experience delivering change in a federal environment
- Familiarity with a digital technology platform (e.g. Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian, etc.), a Cloud Service Provider (e.g. Amazon, Microsoft, Google), or Cyber Security
