Full Job Description
Job Description:

Join Pluralsight as a Customer Education Manager and play a critical role in helping our customers succeed through engaging, self-serve learning experiences. At Pluralsight, we're dedicated to accelerating the technology skills of today's workforce, and you'll be at the heart of that mission. You'll plan, execute, and evaluate educational content that's relevant, engaging, and drives real business outcomes for our customers. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Success, you'll collaborate across Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to create strategic content that helps customers get the most out of their Pluralsight subscriptions. We're looking for someone who loves learning, has exceptional storytelling abilities, and thrives in a role where continuous improvement drives everything you do.

What you'll do
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify educational needs and develop solutions that drive customer success and business outcomes
  • Lead and execute projects end-to-end, overseeing timelines and deliverables while collaborating with subject matter experts to evaluate success
  • Build, operate, and lead a cohesive webinar series with both evergreen content and unique content based on new trends and customer needs
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative data to identify learning gaps, measure content performance (tracking what's resonating, what's driving traffic, what's reducing support tickets, and CSAT ratings), and iterate based on those insights
  • Create engaging content aimed at just-in-time resources that help customers get the most out of their Pluralsight subscriptions and use data to determine engagement, success metrics, and opportunities for improvement
  • Own customer playbooks and content creation, training with the customer teams, and ongoing operational preparedness as new features or products are released

What you'll bring
  • Proven expertise working with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, Zendesk, or Tableau
  • Exposure to multiple project management methodologies
  • Strong background in customer strategy with a thorough understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience in customer success, customer education, marketing, product, or other customer-facing roles
  • Self-awareness, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a genuine curiosity about learning

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience with self-serve customer education strategies
  • 5+ years of experience running large, cross-functional projects
  • Experience in SaaS and recurring revenue businesses
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Why you'll love working here
  • We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams.
  • We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskilling and delivering impact that matters.
  • We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.
  • We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose.
  • Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards.
