The Opportunity:

As our Customer Activation Manager, you'll bring Westholme Wagyu to life in the New York and East Coast food scene - connecting with chefs, restaurants, distributors and foodservice partners through memorable activations, events and customer experiences. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner closely with sales and global marketing teams to transform insights into action and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

We're looking for an energetic marketer who can think big, execute brilliantly and build strong relationships across the industry. What you'll do:
  • Lead customer marketing and activation plans across the East Coast US region, aligning brand strategy with commercial priorities.
  • Design and deliver high-impact marketing programs, events and brand experiences that engage distributors, chefs and customers.
  • Partner closely with the US Sales team to drive brand growth and unlock new opportunities within key accounts and channels.
  • Manage agency partners, activation resources and marketing budgets to ensure exceptional execution and return on investment.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong understanding of the New York and East Coast foodservice landscape.
