Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with service providers to set up authentication authorization and take lead to guide developers in implementation.
- Provide direction to customer about what is possible what is not product limitation and influence UX design Proficient in product capabilities and limitations.
- Help enterprise architecture team with right combination of tools technologies to be used in product installation and development.
- Banking guide customer with decision making in design and implementation.
- Explain Pega CPM capabilities to customer on need basis influence business requirements for a seamless app building.
- Lead architectural design discussions closely work with enterprise architecture team for seamless end to end integration.
- Root cause analysis to find both victims and culprits based on logs knowledge of custom logging level settings.
- Transition across team's applications and deliverables on daily basis.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationship with multiple business teams.
- Facilitate conversations with leads and POs to bring awareness about red flags in deliverables.
- Negotiate volume of work vs resourcing and identify external dependencies.
- Play a strategic role in gaining clients confidence establish long lasting relationship and deliver by example.
- Provide design level guidance to senior developers Own most complex design challenges.
Basic Qualifications:- 7 to 10 years of experience
- Pega Banking, financial, State government and health Pega CLSA certified
- Programing in Java, Oracle SQL PL SQL
- Advisory, consulting, engagement leadership and management
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:- Associates degree or higher
