Full Job Description

Summary:

In this role, you will support the coordination and execution of enterprise culture, belonging, and impact initiatives. You will partner with internal stakeholders to advance team priorities through project coordination, operational execution, communications, and event support. You will help ensure initiatives are delivered effectively by maintaining project timelines, coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, and contributing to an engaging employee experience that aligns with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of culture, belonging, and impact initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate project plans, schedules, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
  • Organize meetings, communications, presentations, reports, and project materials to support stakeholder engagement and team priorities.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of internal events, engagement activities, and team programming, including logistics, registration, materials preparation, room setup, and on-site support.
  • Partner with vendors, internal clients, and external service providers to coordinate event logistics, manage timelines, and help ensure deliverables are completed within established expectations.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, budgets, process materials, and operational records to support effective project execution and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, monitor progress, and help ensure timely completion of project deliverables while escalating risks or issues as appropriate.
  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives that promote organizational culture, belonging, and community impact.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, coordination, and operational effectiveness while providing day-to-day administrative and project support to the Culture, Belonging & Impact team.


Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or employee engagement activities preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and follow-through.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal clients and external partners.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willingness to travel.


Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
