Wipro Innovation Network (WIN) Labs | Mountain View, CAHelp build the future of Physical AI at WIN Labs. We're launching a new robotics innovation hub focused on intelligent systems that can perceive, reason, and act in the real world. Our work spans Sim2Real learning, agentic AI, embodied intelligence, autonomous manipulation, multi-robot systems, and robotics foundation models.
As the founding engineering lead, you will drive technical execution, mentor engineers, collaborate with our Bengaluru robotics team, engage customers, and help grow WIN Labs' presence in the US robotics ecosystem.
Key Technologies:ROS 2, Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, Agentic AI, Vision-Language-Action Models, Open-RMF, PyTorch, Docker, FastAPI, NVIDIA Omniverse, Reinforcement Learning, Sim2Real, Humanoids, AMRs, Mobile Manipulators, Quadrupeds.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical execution and help establish the Mountain View Physical AI Lab.
- Build and deploy Sim2Real and agentic robotics solutions.
- Develop ROS 2-based perception, planning, and control systems.
- Lead multi-robot orchestration and autonomous systems projects.
- Drive customer demos, proofs of concept, and innovation initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and support recruiting efforts.
- Partner with universities, industry leaders, and research organizations.
- Represent WIN Labs at conferences, customer engagements, and industry events.
Qualifications:- Master's or PhD in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in robotics, autonomy, or AI.
- Strong expertise in Python, C++, ROS/ROS 2, and robotics simulation platforms.
- Proven experience delivering Sim2Real and production robotics solutions.
- Deep knowledge in areas such as Reinforcement Learning, Agentic AI, Multi-Robot Systems, or Robotics & Controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred:- Experience with Open-RMF, NVIDIA robotics tools, humanoids, AMRs, drones, or mobile manipulators.
- Customer-facing robotics solution delivery.
- Experience leading distributed engineering teams.
- Publications, patents, open-source contributions, or robotics competition achievements.
