Full Job Description
90% FTE Monday - Friday, 12-hour shifts. Start times between 7:00am-8:00am. Weekend and holiday on-call requirement, on-call shifts may be day or night based on department needs. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Care Team Leader to:
  • Serve as a role model and clinical resource for other team members.
  • Work closely with the unit manager and other team members to establish goals to meet the needs of the patient, family and other care providers.
  • Contribute to and support the effective management of the unit.

Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred
