The Opportunity

As a CTIO - Product Management - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of software and product innovation. You will be at the forefront of developing and managing products that meet market demands and drive business growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will act as the general manager for both commercial and internal products, overseeing their lifecycle from conception to end-of-life. Your work will involve designing, developing, and managing activities for specific products, confirming they align with business objectives and user needs.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Your ability to interpret data and provide insights will be crucial in informing recommendations and maintaining professional standards.

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
