As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Google Data Centers (GDC) makes up one of the largest computing infrastructures on the planet. As GDC plans for future growth, our Compliance, Strategy and Risk Management (CSRM) team is crucial for scaling security excellence across the lifecycle of our data centers. This role will lead and manage the sprout program for CSRM along with other NPI Programs, utilizing an AI first approach to streamline process and procedures.

We are the strategic enablers who underpin Google's and CSRM's unprecedented growth. We drive operational excellence by maturing business processes, cultivating cross-functional partnerships, and delivering creative solutions to enable rapid and efficient capacity delivery.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits

  • Partner with cross functional teams responsible for Data Center NPI projects, including Sprout, Buckeye and other NPI initiatives across AI2 to implement CSRM policies and support infrastructure acceleration.
  • Work cross-department, cross-project and cross the globe to gather requirements, build project plans, get approval and execute NPI Programs.
  • Develop AI centric solutions to scale the NPI program for CSRM.
