Job DescriptionACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIREDIn this role, you will sit at the intersection of complex data engineering, analytics development, and mission-focused intelligence. You'll be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining continuous data analytics that drive high-stakes decision-making. If you love diving deep into multi-source data processing pipelines, writing robust code in Python and C++, evaluating and enriching critical datasets, and leveraging specialized platforms like XKS with custom Fingerprints (FPs) and Model Scripts (MPs), this is the place to make an immediate impact.
The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills- Data Analytics & Processing: Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-throughput data processing workflows and target analytics.
- Core Programming: Strong, production-level proficiency in Python and C++ for analytics creation and data manipulation.
- Big Data Frameworks: Demonstrated experience utilizing Apache Spark for large-scale distributed data processing and analysis.
- Domain Tools: In-depth working knowledge and practical experience with XKS, specifically creating and deploying Fingerprints (FPs) and MPs.
- Data Enrichment: Proven experience with data curation, normalization, schema mapping, and feature extraction across high-volume datasets.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline, PLUS
7+ years of professional experience in capability development, software engineering, or data analytics OR
Master's Degree in a related field, PLUS
5+ years of relevant professional experience OR
High School Diploma / GED, PLUS
11+ years of specialized technical experience in lieu of a degree.
Desired Skills- Data Pipeline Optimization: Familiarity with streaming data technologies (e.g., Kafka, NiFi) and distributed databases.
- Systems & Network Architecture: Strong understanding of network protocols, packet analysis, and cyber data structure formats.
- DevOps & Engineering Practices: Practical experience using version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and automated testing/deployment environments.
