Description
Full Time CRNA opening at The Women's Hospital in Houston, TX. Our Houston practice is seeking full-time CRNA to join our team. The group consists of 10 anesthesiologists, 29 CRNAs and CAAs, who all work together in a care team model. Great relationships among providers and low turn over. Case mix consists of GYN, general, outpatient, OB (managing epidurals and C-sections) and some pediatrics.
Total Rewards
Salary: $210K-$255K

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
