$99.75 - $159.60

We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia team supporting Advocate Health's practice at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI.

Position Highlights
  • $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Competitive compensation range: $121-$159/hour
  • No call responsibilities, no weekends required, and no holiday coverage required
  • Guaranteed additional shift opportunities with premiums of +$75-$100/hour above base rate
  • ACT Practice Model
  • 30 days PTO with additional accrual based on years of service
  • 40 hours CME
  • $2,250 annual CME allowance
  • Opportunity to rotate through multiple ambulatory surgery center (ASC) locations associated with the Grafton practice


Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of procedural and surgical settings.
  • Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
  • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and other clinical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in post-anesthesia evaluations and continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Candidate Requirements
Education
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
Licensure & Certification
  • Current or eligible Wisconsin RN license.
  • Current or eligible Wisconsin Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure, if applicable.
  • Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or ability to obtain upon hire.
Experience
  • Experienced CRNAs and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.

Grafton is located in southeastern Wisconsin and offers convenient access to Milwaukee while maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere. This opportunity includes practice locations within the Grafton market, including affiliated, nearby ambulatory surgery center locations as applicable.
