**Sign-on bonus $100,000 / 4 year commitment for full time new graduate CRNAs

***Students in school / Sign on bonus of $30,000 upon hire with $1500/month stipend while in school capped at $54,000 and $1200/month loan repayment over 5 years capped at $72,000 / 5 year commitment

**Relocation up to $10,000.00 for qualified candidates

Job Summary: A CRNA is an advanced practice specialty within the profession of nursing responsible for giving total anesthesia care to patients requiring anesthesia services. CRNA practice includes pre-anesthetic evaluation and preparation, anesthesia induction, maintenance and emergency, post-anesthetic care, pain management, and responding to emergency situations related to airway management and cardia life support techniques.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) of Nurse Anesthesia Education Programs or its predecessor.
  • Current license as Registered Nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) or current compact state license.
  • Current recognition as a CRNA by NCBON.
  • Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Certification/recertification by National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Current privileges as a CRNA at CarolinaEast.
  • Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by this organization and state.
  • Demonstrates competency in the responsibilities specified in this job description and privileges.
