Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Sr. Specialist, CRM to lead the development, execution, and optimization of CRM initiatives across our multiple B2B & DTC business units. This role will be pivotal in executing targeted customer engagement and retention strategies through email marketing, segmentation, and automation. They will play a key role in optimizing customer journeys, tracking project KPIs, increasing conversion rates, and enhancing overall B2B & DTC CRM performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:


•    Develop customer engagement strategies that align with business goals. 
•    Plan targeted lifecycle campaigns, considering segmentation, personalization, and automation. 
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure B2B & DTC CRM initiatives support broader marketing and sales  objectives.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:


•    Develop, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and audience relevance. 
•    A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to improve engagement. 
•    Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Data Management & Segmentation:


•    Create, maintain and refine customer segments within the CRM platform. 
•    Leverage customer insights to drive personalized messaging. 
•    Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. 

Automation & Journey Development:


•    Build and maintain automated customer journeys (e.g., welcome and onboarding, re-engagement and win back campaigns,). 
•    Work with internal teams to implement new automations based on customer behaviors.

Reporting & Insights:


•    Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements. 
•    Present insights to stakeholders include, Digital, Marketing and Sales teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
•    Work closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Customer Service teams to align B2B CRM strategies with broader business goals. 
•    Assist in CRM education and best practices sharing. 

Qualifications:

•    Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business  

•    2 to 5 years in email marketing, CRM or related fields 
•    Experience with B2B & DTC marketing considered an asset

Compensation: Budgeted Range – $75,072.00 - $103,224.00.

The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
