Full Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Product Owner who will report to the Acquisition CRM Manager to strengthen the customer experience through strong customer relationship management. You will be responsible for the digital product strategic growth and roadmap: from business needs identification to strategic orientation in regards to design, development, deployments and continuous improvement.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Define and evolve customer engagement experiences: Understand customer, dealer, and business needs while staying informed on digital engagement trends and Salesforce capabilities. Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences through consent management, self-service capabilities, and conversational experiences.
  • Build the product vision and roadmap: Own and evolve the roadmap for customer consent, preference management, and Agentforce chatbot capabilities. Align priorities across business, IT, Legal, Development and Privacy teams to deliver customer and business value while maintaining compliance and customer trust.
  • Develop and manage the product backlog: Gather business requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and perform user acceptance testing. Prioritize initiatives that improve customer engagement, preference management, chatbot experiences, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with Privacy, CRM, Legal, Dev, IT, Brands, Facebook and external partners throughout the product lifecycle. Act as the bridge between business needs, regulatory requirements, and technical delivery.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement: Establish and monitor KPIs related to customer adoption, engagement, consent collection, and chatbot performance. Lead issue resolution, documentation, training, and change management activities to maximize product value and user adoption.


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Salesforce ecosystem knowledge: Hands-on experience with, or strong understanding of, Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Digital Engagement, Bots, Agentforce, and related customer-facing capabilities.
  • Customer data and consent management knowledge: Experience working with customer preferences, consent management, privacy-related processes, customer data, or marketing technology ecosystems. Understanding of the importance of customer trust and compliant customer communications.
  • Business and customer mindset: Ability to understand the impact of digital products on customer experience and business performance. Comfortable defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Adaptability and curiosity: Curious about emerging digital technologies and customer engagement capabilities. Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
