Full Job Description
As the CRM Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through Signet's CRM team's segmentation efforts via email and SMS. You'll work closely with the CRM Director, other CRM Managers, and Analysts to drive the end-to-end execution of campaigns across all channels, advocating for business requirements and goals through execution and all technical and channel capabilities meet stated needs. In this role, you will verify execution feasibility during campaign strategy planning, providing channel insight to strategy and briefs given each campaign's intended audience, business goals, customer journey, etc. In alignment with Signet agencies, you will oversee the campaign execution process from start to finish, ensuring all channels are ready and available, owning campaign build, QA, and deployment. This involves configuring campaigns on the appropriate channels, e.g. Sailthru for email, and ensuring the proper execution of specific audience requirements, launch date/time, and other details listed in applicable briefs. 1. Oversee campaign execution for customer journeys from start to finish and own channel-level activation, including configuration of campaigns in relevant channels (e.g. Sailthru for emails, media, web) based on specific audience requirements, email launch date/time, and other details listed in briefing 25% 2. Own Creative Brief creation, distribution, clarification, and reviews for each campaign 20% 3. Advise on execution feasibility during campaign strategy planning, providing needed input to strategy given each campaign's intended audience, business goals, customer journey, etc., bringing in CRM Director where needed. 20% 4. Perform campaign quality assurance, launch tests, email and ad builds when needed, and iteratively update based on feedback. 10% 5. Work closely with Creative, Agencies, and Data & Tech support to ensure business requirements are met within campaign execution 10% 6. Monitor email execution & marketing performance. Provide segmentation strategic guidance based on result analysis. Optimize future segmentation strategies based on Brand, business and market priorities. 15% Total 100%
