Position is contingent upon contract award

As the Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and reliability of mission-critical facilities systems in a 24/7 environment. This role ensures continuous performance of essential infrastructure, including power generation, chilled water systems, and large-scale mechanical/electrical equipment. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to prioritize and execute maintenance strategies that support uninterrupted operations.

KEY RESPONISBILITIES:
  • Lead and manage all facilities maintenance operations within a 24/7 critical infrastructure environment
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work plans to ensure operational continuity and asset reliability
  • Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of power generation systems, chilled water plants, HVAC systems, and associated critical infrastructure equipment
  • Ensure effective implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices across all maintenance activities and work areas
  • Respond to system outages, equipment failures, and emergency maintenance situations with urgency and technical expertise
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Maintain compliance with applicable codes, standards, and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to support long-term infrastructure reliability and improvement initiatives
  • Manage maintenance documentation, reporting, and tracking systems to ensure accurate records of work performed and system status


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of facilities maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or critical infrastructure environments
  • Minimum of five (5) consecutive years of supervisory experience in facilities operations and/or maintenance management


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work plans
  • Proven experience implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices in operational settings
  • Hands-on experience operating and maintaining power generation systems, chilled water systems, and large-scale mechanical/electrical infrastructure equipment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting 24/7 critical operations, including emergency response and after-hours issue resolution
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-availability environment
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Commitment to operational excellence, safety, and reliability
