As the
Systems Test Engineer, you will validate system functionality through the definition of testing methodologies, execution of performance evaluations, and enforcement of quality assurance standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Define testing methodologies to validate system functionality.
- Execute performance evaluations and system assessments.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Operate independently across multiple work areas.
- Lead major technical assignments and supervise teams.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management information systems, information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, configuration management processes.
- Experience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces
- Experience supporting the federal government or DoD
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:- Experience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level
- Ability to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locations
- Experience with Agile Software Development
