Board Certified in Pulmonary Critical Care is mandatory
Must hold ACLS, DEA, and CSR certifications
Requires an active IA License or IMLC
Must be prepared to cover at least 10 shifts per month with clearly stated availability
COVID vaccination is required with appropriate clearance
Responsibilities
Provide direct care for ICU patients, focusing on Level II Trauma cases
Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APP) while maintaining independent practice
Deliver consistent ICU care exclusively during scheduled shifts
Engage in various shift patterns including in-house daytime, combined in-house/off-site call, overnight home call, and 24/7 APP support
Adapt to a structured workflow that balances both supervisory and clinical duties

Shifts available: 7am-7pm in house, 7a-7p (in-house) + 7p-7a (off-site call), Overnight call from home 7pm to 7am, APP support in house 24/7
Types of Cases: Level II Trauma, Only ICU patients are being seen per day
Supervision or independent: Required to Supervise other Providers: APP supervision. Oversight is minimal as nurse practitioners are able to practice independently.
